Cake Mix - Buttery Scone - 1kg
Suitable for creating individual or large scones.
Just add water..
1. Weigh mix and place in a bowl fitted with a beater.
2. Add 375g of water over 30 seconds on slow speed, scrape down bowl.
3. Mix for 3-4 minutes on slow speed.
4. For fruit scones, add fruit at the end of the mixing.
5. bake at 200 degrees celsius for approximately 20-25 mins.
