Cake Mix - Chocolate Creme Cake - 2.5kg
Suitable for making tinned, loaf and sheet cakes.
Just add water.
1. Weigh mix and place in a bowl fitted with a beater.
2. Add 875g of egg over 1 minute on slow speed.
3. Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed, scrape down.
4. Add 750g of oil and 550g of water together over one minute on slow speed, scrape down.
5. Mix for 3 minutes on slow speed.
