Suitable for making tinned, loaf and sheet cakes.
Just add water and oil..
Method:
1. Weigh mix and place in a bowl fitted with a beater.
2. Add 500g of water over 2 minutes on slow speed, scrape down bowl.
3. Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed.
4. Add a further 500g of water over 2 minutes on slow speed, scrape down bowl.
5. mix for a further 3 minutes on medium speed.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable shortening, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers: E471 and E475, whole dried egg, raising agents E500, E541, soya flour, fat reduced cocoa powder, salt, colour E129 (this product contains a food colouring which may cause an adverse effect on activity and attention in children)
