Cake Mix - Red Velvet Cupcake - 1kg
Suitable for cupcakes and muffins.
Just add water and oil..
1. Weigh mix and place in a bowl fitted with a beater.
2. Add 100g vegetable oil and 400g of water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
3. Scrape down and mix for 4 minutes med/high speed.
4. Scape down and add 175g of water and mix for 2 minutes on med/high speed.
5. Scale into cupcakes and bake at 160 degrees centigrade for 20 minutes.
Wheat flour, sugar, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers: E471 and E475, whole dried egg, fat reduced cocoa powder, raising agents E500,E541, soya flour, salt, colour E129 (this product contains a food colouring which may cause an adverse effect on activity and attention in children)
