Suitable for making tin, loaf or sheet cakes..
Just add water and oil..
1. Weigh dry mix into bowl with a beater.
2. Add 750g of water over 2 minutes on slow speed.
3. Mix for 2 minutes on slow speed.
4. Add a further 250g of water over 1 minutes on slow speed, scrape down bowl.
5. Mix for a further 2 minutes on slow speed.
Wheat flour, sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable shortening, emulsifiers: E471 and E475, whole dried egg, raising agents E500, E541, salt, colour E150, toffee pieces, whey powder, glucose solids, modified starch, flavouring, xanthan gum.
