Due to the shape of this cake, we can only make this cake using a vanilla sponge, a range of fillings for the layers are still available.
All our cakes are made to order, we can alter colours and details to suit your requirements.
Cake Ingredients
Vanilla Sponge: Wheat flour, sugar, egg, milk powder, salt, baking powder, water.
Gluten Free Sponge: Gluten Free Flour (potato starch, whey powder, why protein powder (milk), emulsifiers (E475, E471), modified starch, raising agents E541, E471), caster sugar, whole egg, margarine (milk), salt.
Egg less Sponge: Wheat flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), sugar, milk protein, raising agents (E450 (i), E500), whey powder (milk), starch, emulsifiers (E475, E471), salt, stabiliser (E415).
Cake Filling Ingredients
Buttercream: Sugar, water, glucose syrup (contains sulphur dioxide), modified maize starch, dried egg white, modified potato starch, raising agent E450, vegetable oil (sunflower/ rapeseed/linseed/soya and palm oil), emulsifier: soya lecithin E322, E435, E471, salt, preservative E202, flavourings, citric acid, antioxidant E304, colour E160a, E160a, E100, beta carotene.
Eggless Buttercream: Sugar, vegetable oil, water, emulsifiers:soyalecithin, E435, E417, salt, preservative: E202, flavourings, citric acid, antioxidant: E304, colour E160a. coconut.
Seedless Mixed Fruit Jam: Glucose Syrup, SO2 Apple Pulp (Contains Sulphites), Granulated Sugar, Plum Puree, Apricot Puree, Acidity Regulators: Citric Acid, Trisodium Citrate; Gelling Agent: Pectin; Colour: Anthocyanin; Flavouring
Chocolate Fudge: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable fat (palm), vegetable oil (rapeseed), reduced fat cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk, milk, graduated sugar, lactose, emulsifier, salt, citric acid (E330), preservative: potassium sorbate.
Lemon Filling: Glucose syrup, sugar, sweetened condensed milk,water, vegetable fat, modified starch, lemon concentrate, citric acid (E330), natural flavouring, emulsifier: mono and digycerides of fatty acids (E471), colour: beta carotene E160a (ii), antioxidant: sodium metabisulphite (E223).
Orange Filling: Glucose syrup, sugar, sweetened condensed milk,water, vegetable fat, modified starch, concentrated orange puree, citric acid (E330), colour: beta carotene (E160a (ii)), paprika extract, natural orange flavouring with other natural flavourings, preservative: potassium sorbate (E201), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471).
