Fresh Cream Gateaux
We offer a wide range on fresh cream gateaux. Each is made with layers of soft sponge cake, with fresh cream and your choice of flavour from the list below:

* Add a chocolate disc with a message on top for an extra £2.00
* We can add an extra layer of sponge into any of the above sizes for an additional £2.00
As this is a fresh cream gateaux, we recommend collection on the day of consumption as it only has a 24 hour life.
Vanilla Sponge: Wheat flour, sugar, egg, milk powder, salt, baking powder, water.
Chocolate Sponge: Wheat flour, sugar, reduced fat cocoa powder (8%), emulsifiers E477, E471, E435, dried egg white, dried egg yolk, whey solids (milk), raising agents E500, E450, E341, modified starch, dextrose, salt, vegetable oil, stabilisers E466, E415, E412, maltodextrins, natural flavouring.
Eggless Sponge: Wheat flour (with calcium, iron, niacinthiamine), sugar, milk protein, raising agents (E450 (i), E500), whey powder (milk), starch, emulsifiers (E475, E471), salt, stabiliser (E415).

TO ENJOY THIS PRODUCT AT ITS BEST PLEASE CONSUME WITHIN ONE HOUR WHEN TAKEN OUT OF THE FRIDGE.
IF YOUR GATEAUX IS FROZEN, PLEASE ALLOW 3-4 HOURS, AT COOL ROOM TEMPERATURE TO DEFROST (LARGER ONES MAY TAKE LONGER)
