CAKE INGREDIENTS

Orange Sponge: Wheat flour, sugar, whole dried egg powder, emulsifiers (E481, E475, E471, starch), raising agents, (E450, E500), skimmed milk powder, milk protein, egg, albumen, salt, preservative E202, soya flour, xanthan gum E415), water, orange peel (15%), orange juice concentrate (8%), orange oil, colours (paprika extract, algal carotees), gelling agent (pectin), stabilister (guar gum), preservatives (asorbic acid, potassium sorbate, acidity regulator (citric acid).
