Large Fresh Cream Gateaux (pizza style)

A fresh cream and sponge layered cake, with chopped fruit inside and decorated with glazed fruit 'pizza style' on top. We can leave the sides plain or coat them with chocolate.

We offer a wide range on fresh cream gateaux. Each is made with layers of soft sponge cake, with fresh cream and your choice of flavour from the list below:

As this is a fresh cream gateaux, we recommend collection on the day of consumption as it only has a 24 hour life.

CAKE INGREDIENTS

Vanilla Sponge: Wheat flour, sugar, egg, milk powder, salt, baking powder, water.

Chocolate Sponge: Wheat flour, sugar, reduced fat cocoa powder (8%), emulsifiers E477, E471, E435, dried egg white, dried egg yolk, whey solids (milk), raising agents E500, E450, E341, modified starch, dextrose, salt, vegetable oil, stabilisers E466, E415, E412, maltodextrins, natural flavouring.

Eggless Sponge: Wheat flour (with calcium, iron, niacinthiamine), sugar, milk protein, raising agents (E450 (i), E500), whey powder (milk), starch, emulsifiers (E475, E471), salt, stabiliser (E415).

Fruit (A variety of fruit including: Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Kiwi, Mandarine, Pineapple, Red Currants, Blueberries.

Chocolate Decorations: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.

Cocoa Solids: Milk Chocolate 31%, Dark Chocolate 54%

Cocoa Butter Solids: Strawberry Chocolate 30%, Lemon Chocolate 28%, Orange Chocolate 29%, White Chocolate 28%
