CAKE FILLINGS & COVERING INGREDIENTS
Marzipan: Almonds, glucose syrup, water, invert sugar syrup, humectant E420, preservative E202.
Chocolate Fudge: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable fat (palm), vegetable oil (rapeseed), reduced fat cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk, milk, graduated sugar, lactose, emulsifier, salt, citric acid (E330), preservative: potassium sorbate.
Chocolate Decorations: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
Cocoa Solids: Milk Chocolate 31%, Dark Chocolate 54%
Cocoa Butter Solids: Strawberry Chocolate 30%, Lemon Chocolate 28%, Orange Chocolate 29%, White Chocolate 28%
