Vouchers can be sent by 1st class Royal Mail post, on courier or collect in-store, you can choose your preference at checkout. Orders placed before 12 noon Tuesday – Friday will be sent to our courier on the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm will not be guaranteed to be sent the same day.
Saturday, Sunday & Monday orders will be sent the following Tuesday when we reopen. Courier deliveries are made Monday – Friday (Except Public Holidays).
Courier deliveries usually take 1 to 2 working days, however during busy periods there may be delays.
