Choux pastry balls filled with either milk or white chocolate fresh cream mousse, are then dipped in milk, white or dark Belgian chocolate and assembled into a cone shape.
This can be decorated with ribbons, sugared almonds, stars or hearts on wires or decorations to match your wedding theme.
Any size pyramid can be created up to approx 300 balls.
Choux Pastry: Wheat flour, vegetable oil (rapeseed), dried whole egg, modified starch (potato), cornflower, emulsifieres E472c, raising agents E500, skimmed milk powder, water.
